Ingredients

  • Cocoa powder                                6 tbsp
  • Sugar                                                6 tbsp
  • Egg                                                   1
  • Milk                                                   Half cup
  • Butter                                                3 tbsp
  • Marie Biscuits                                 30 to 40
  • Vanilla extract                                 1 tsp
Method

  1. Beat the egg with a whisker in a glass bowl, and gradually add milk and cocoa powder and mix well. 
  2. Add sugar, butter, and mix them well. 
  3. Take a big pan and half fill it by water. Heat the water on a high flame. 
  4. When the water comes to the boil, place the cake mixture bowl on the top of the water and stir continuously 
  5. When the mixture becomes thick, remove it from the pan and cool down at room temperature. Add biscuits and mix well. Place the cake in the freezer for 8-10 hours to chill.
