- Cocoa powder 6 tbsp
- Sugar 6 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Milk Half cup
- Butter 3 tbsp
- Marie Biscuits 30 to 40
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Method
- Beat the egg with a whisker in a glass bowl, and gradually add milk and cocoa powder and mix well.
- Add sugar, butter, and mix them well.
- Take a big pan and half fill it by water. Heat the water on a high flame.
- When the water comes to the boil, place the cake mixture bowl on the top of the water and stir continuously
- When the mixture becomes thick, remove it from the pan and cool down at room temperature. Add biscuits and mix well. Place the cake in the freezer for 8-10 hours to chill.
