Aaloo Bhujia - A Simple Yet delicious Curry

             Aaloo Bhujia or Aaloo ki bhujia is a simple dish made with potatoes. You can easily make this dish at home with simple ingredients. Try and enjoy the Recipe of Aloo Ki Bhujia.                      Ingredients Potatoes                1 Kg Tamarind pulp       Half cup Mint                         Half bunch Coriander                Half bunch Ginger                     1" piece Garlic                      9-10 cloves Raw turmeric         Half inch piece Cinnamon stick     1 Method Cut potatoes into a round shape. Heat the oil in a pan and put cumin seeds and cinnamon stick and fr y for a few seconds. Add the potatoes and fry for some time. Then add  ginger, garlic, green chili, turmeric, and fry the mixture. After frying for 2 minutes add tamarind pulp and cover the pan on medium flame. Cook for 10 minutes. Your Aaloo bhujia is ready. Add green coriander and mint and serve with naan.
