Ingredients
Mutton 1 Kg
Green chilies 6
to 9
Black pepper 1

Lemon juice Half

Oil Two cups
Water Two cup
Garlic paste 1
and half tbsp
Ginger 1" piece
cut into julienne
METHOD
1 . Put the mutton in
a pan and add two cups oil and 3 cups of water , 1 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp garlic
paste.
2 . Cook the mutton on medium flame until it becomes tender and the liquid evaporates.

4 . Remove extra oil and add
ginger and lemon juice and cook for 2 minutes .
