Ingredients for the dough
Flour 3 cups
Egg 1
Milk 3/4 cup
Sugar 2 1/2 tbsp
Butter 1/4 cup
Yeast 1 tsp
Salt 1 1/4 tsp
Ingredients for filling
Unsalted butter 1/4 cup
Soft brown sugar 1/2 cup
Cinnamon powder 2 tsp
Ingredients for frosting
Unsalted butter 3 tbsp
Cream cheese 2/3 cup
Powdered Sugar 1 cup
Salt 1 pinch
Method
Make cinnamon rolls: Mix cinnamon powder and brown sugar. Roll the dough in the shape of a rectangle with 18 inches length, and 15 inches width and 1 inch of thickness. Apply the butter on the surface of the dough and sprinkle the cinnamon powder on the dough. Roll the dough in a cylinder shape and divide it into equal pieces.
Bake cinnamon rolls: Take a baking dish and grease it with butter. Place the rolls in the baking dish and seal the dish with plastic cover. Leave the rolls in the baking dish for 1 hour. Now put the dish into the oven and bake the cinnamon rolls for 18-20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
