Green Tea - Refreshing Ginger Green Tea With Fennel Seeds And Lemon
Green tea is famous worldwide for its health benefits. Adding ginger, peppermint fennel seeds, and lemon makes it even more refreshing and beneficial for health. Today I am sharing with you my Ginger Green Tea recipe that is very easy to make at home.
Ingredients
- Water 1 1/2 cup
- Green tea 1 tsp
- Ginger sliced 1/2 inch
- Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
- Fennel seeds 1/4 tsp
- Honey 2 tsp
- Peppermint leaves 4
Method
- Bring the water to the boil. Add ginger, peppermint leaves, and fennel seeds and boil for 30 seconds.
- Turn the flame off and add green tea. Cover the pan for 3-5 minutes.
- Strain and add lemon juice and honey.
